About Kindergarten
Daisy Kindergarten
“Children are like tiny flowers: They are varied and need care, but each is beautiful alone and glorious when seen in the community of peers.“
(Friedrich Frobel)
In our kindergarten the most important activity is playing, within the children's native language, thinking, different roles, attitudes, feelings, perseverance are trained. In the centre of our relationship community is family. The satisfaction of families are significant condition for us. Thus – in order to children' s development – it is relevant to make parents being active and aware of our everyday work. We are open to launch new partnerships giving them chance to follow our traditions. Our goals are set with collaboration of families, complemented by home breeding of parents.
Our daily routine is flexible and set to children's abilities, habits and their need for playing. All conditions are ensured that lead to children's physical and mental health. The needs and wants of children are satisfied by new and modern didactic equipments. Experienced educators provide children with acceptable conduct forms, emotional and moral relations, local traditions and healthy lifestyle.
Our proficieny in kindergarten education is seen in:
- creating home, family and children centerd atmosphere
- organizing flexible activities, children's freedom, individual treatment
- abilities development
- outstanding role of playing
- collaboration with families
- cultivating traditions, awaking and realization of individual's identity
At least but not last:
In 2017/2018 our kindergarten joined “Jobb Veled a Világ Alapítvány“ organization that supported the programme of Boldogságóra, in addition, in last school year the award of Boldog Óvoda (Happy Kindergarten) was also obtained.
The objective of "happy hours" is to apply positive psychology research results based on the stated methods making children to be aware of the main components of happiness such as gratitude, optimism and forgiveness. They are inspired to do such activities that contribute to increase their level of happiness and positive mental health.
The development of children's emotional health is fairly important for us, by that reason we joined this programme. According to our current experiences our pupils gladly take part in playing activities acquiring new habits like making others happy, having opportunity to tell their opinions, expressing their feelings, however, listening to others. The shy ones can be liberated. They learn enjoying little things, being grateful and having the ability to forgive others. Moving and dancing have also got important roles.
We believe, the future is determined by happy children.
